The Overlea rooftop restaurant is the crown jewel of The Postmark Hotel with its sweeping views of historic Main Street, wraparound terrace and dramatic soaring ceilings. The menu is a celebration of seasonal simplicity created by Chef Jon Turner delivering a New Canadian fine dining experience using only the finest locally sourced ingredients.
